"I had to arrive late but I first contacted the hostel to see if it wasn't an issue and I was told that there was no problem. I arrived around 2am and there wasn't anyone at the reception and I had to wait for a while before somebody opened the door, he was mad because he had to get up and just showed me my bed and that was it. "We had an overnight flight to Cancun got a car and drove straight to Valladolid and to the hotel. We were way to early to check in, but they let us park the car there so we could walk to the bank to get money and food. A word for the wise, get your pesos before going to Valladolid as the hotel only takes cash and getting money out of the bank may not be easy. Casa Rosario is in a convenient location with restaurants and store a block away. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet. "
