"If you like a hotel that is clean, secure & calm, then look no further. I was very impressed by the level of cleanliness, even the pool. There is a baggage scan & metal detectors upon arrival. The hotel location is very calm & quiet even during the day. Breakfast buffet was exceptional...something for everyone. Burger at Skybar was delicious, though a bit pricey. There's also a bakery next to the lobby. All staff members were very courteous & friendly. Hopefully, someday they can have an ATM...

"I had high expectations for this hotel. Based on the review, I expected professionalism and comfort. After paying online (EVERYTHING), I had issues at checkout. Even though I had proof of payment of my stay through Hotels.com, the agent at reception still asked me to pay for additional taxes.
