"Rennovation mess aside...room was in terrible shape and state of cleanliness. Left within a couple of hours of checking in, regardless if we could get a refund of anything (still working on this). Staff was of little help"

"We didn’t stay for breakfast. The room heater was very noisy and sounded as though it was going to quit. Also, there was only 1 luggage carrier available for the entire place. "

"the hotel is big and spacious. lots of grass surrounding if you’re traveling with dogs. rooms are big and clean. my only issue was with checkin. there’s always quite the line at check in time and they only had one staff person. i had an issue with my room (smoke detector battery chirping) and it took a long time to solve. almost 30 mins. that was frustrating. but staff is lovely. they just need more staff. "

"Hair dryer doesn't work, bathroom door's bottom hinge is busted, and the remote was held together, badly, by a piece of electrical tape. Our last stay had a MUCH better room."
