"Beautiful property. Lovely pool. Originally had a Heritage Room but we asked to be moved to a garden room due to excessive noise from wedding photoshoots! Shame because otherwise would have been a perfect stay. Staff were lovely."

"Room Subhas hotel gave us didn't have phone (internal use to call reception) and fridge. We had to keep food outside, so many ants 🐜 came and other tiny insects on table. Had to throw all food. Staff very helpful. Generally very good location to go Super Markets, Jaffna New Market , Bus stand , Railway station. If they improve cleanliness it's better."
