"fue una buena experiencia en general. sin embargo no me gusto que el elevador no funcionaba en la mañana, cargar maletas es muy pesado. quise cambiar el horario del taxi y ni habi forma de hacerlo pues intente llamar y nunca pude conunciarme. no habia alguien en recepcion. el lugar fue muy comodo , el personal muy amable.la limpieza no muy buena, habia restos de jabon en el baño, y la mesa tenia restos de pan. la cama tenia restos de chocolate. la cama muy comoda aunque las fundas de almohada no olian a limpio."

"Chambre propre, salle de bain super, cuisine fonctionnelle, balcon en extra. Loin du centre ville, difficulté à trouver l'endroit pour le bus. Par contre pour le retour, le bus nous débarque près de l'hôtel."

"This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Super clean and modern, with friendly staff and close to everything. Bed was comfortable and the balcony overlooked a quiet street. PROS: Kitchenette well stocked (plates, cups, silverware, knives), has electric kettle, hob, fridge, and even a tiny dishwasher. Large bathroom with towel warmer and good water pressure in shower. Washer/dryer available on premises. Everything immaculate. Close to bus line, walk to restaurants. Staff is multi-lingual and super nice. Cautions: Once-a week cleaning (more often for a fee). Bring a washcloth (towels and bed linens provided). Liquid hand and body wash provided (bring shampoo, conditioner). Breakfast is very good with nice selection, but a bit pricey. No in-room coffee maker. No parking on-site, but garage is a few blocks away. CONS: None. Would stay again and highly recommend this property."

"This hotel had everything we needed for a short stay in Toulouse. Clean, modern rooms, friendly reception desk, great location right in the center of town and a short walk to the train station. "
