"Clean Facility, very friendly staff "

"I was amazed at this place. It is located within multiple farms and all there is all types of plants/ trees/birds/ animals. The staff as amazing as the place. Emerina kept on texting me to make sure I did not get lost. It is located about six miles off the main road since you need to drive thru the farms in a dirt road to get to it. I learned my lesson in previous trips an I only rent 4x4’s or SUV’s now. One way or another, you’ll find yourself in situations that a sedan will not do. I’ll be back again to Puerto Barillas. WiFi is only available by the office/pool. No WiFi in the rooms but you don’t miss it. The rooms and surroundings are a dream. I only saw the spiders monkeys since I only stayed one night. Next time I’ll stay at least two night to do the cacao farm and boat tour. "

"Lovely rooms, great breakfast in breakfast room, but pool is not swimmable and the small restaurant bar is small, dark and gloomy…but the rooms are wonderful."

"Wonderful and comfortable stay. No fresh water for showers or sink. It’s salted filter sea water. The beach is beautiful and perfect for family vacation with little ones. The staff is very attentive when you need service or first aid. "

"I enjoyed my time at Las Olas. The room is spacious for me and my family and every morning I enjoyed the typical Salvador and breakfast. The staff was very tentative. It’s walking distance to the beach and I hope that I can return there sometime in the near future, I love El Salvador."
