"Clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Main issue was the air conditioning which is old and extremely noisy"

"The room was clean and nice and big however it appeared everything was under construction. (Lots of noise and construction dust) The elevator was out for maintenance multiple days and after being there for almost a week no towel changes, garbage emptied, or coffee. We did go to the front desk for coffee pods but it was a pain to do every day. Maybe once they get things completed it will be better but not now. The valet staff were wonderful! We actually ended up leaving a day early as it was difficult to work with the construction. "

"No room service. Hotel doesn’t have an actual restaurant or dining room, the bar has a limited menu. Any food delivery necessitates going to the lobby to receive the food. This Hyatt is bare-bones: is this the new standard for Hyatt ? There’s only 1 port for re-charging phone and computer, and THAT one is cleverly hidden on the side of the telephone"

"Great hotel near Congress Street, one of the main parts of Austin. The staff was amazing & so friendly, always looking to help. I would definitely recommend the Omni Downtown. We had a great stay!"

"Ac wasn’t working very well. Plus a portable speaker was taken out of the car when we valet parked. "

"It was an ok stay for just an overnight after a flight. Staff was nice and polite. Airport shuttle service was good. But the facility needs updated and maintained. Put on the 5th floor- no big deal, until the elevator broke and I had to haul luggage downstairs the next morning. And the stairwell had trash in it like someone was living/hanging out there. Kind of scary as a single woman. And j just saw the biggest cockroach in my life. The whole facility also smells really musty, like it recently flooded. Which maybe it did because the lobby had fans set up around it. Bathroom and bedding was clean."

"We loved our stay at Aloft downtown Austin. Staff (Margarett at front desk) was amazing. She helped us get an amazing room 30th floor with view and made a list of attractions for us to see. She was delightful. Everything was in close proximity. paddle boarding, shops, restaurants and downstairs breakfast at the bakery and restaurant Caroline. table available for work and microwave and coffee available through conjoined hotel. I would def stay here again. Only downside was the pricey valet and overnight fee of $65 per night. So Margaratt helped us locate nearby alternative."

"Property was under construction and was only there one night solo for work so didn’t get to check out all amenities but super friendly, helpful staff. Clean and updated rooms, but kind of small if more than more person were to be staying in one room."
