"One of the friendliest customer service I’ve come across here in Tonga. This is how customer service should be like, warmth, welcoming and hospitality skills. The owner was so lovely and accommodating to our needs.its a simple accommodation establishment with a great impact just what you need for long or short stay. The property and our room was spacious, clean and refreshing. Bed was huge and comfortable. Woke up to a nice simple breakfast that was healthy we enjoyed it eating on the big balcony. Parking spots inside property. The area was not too far from main city area travelled by car, but to us it was a nice and quiet area which we preferred. There’s some convenient stores/ bottle shop, petrol station about 5min walk or about 10mins drive into town. We would definitely return here, by far one of my favourite accommodations, loved it here. Thank you for your hospitality."

"We had an amazing 3 night stay at Mala resort. This family run accommodation is a great location within the Vava’u island group. The rooms are comfortable with spectacular views. With wifi in the common areas, it’s a great space to digitally detox while still being connected :) The hosts are so friendly and welcoming, happy to help with any request. We would recommend this property to anyone staying in Vava’u. "
