The owner is very accommodating and will advise and help. This is Tonga, so you should not expect commercial level of accommodations. "This was a last minute booking made when our preferred booking was cancelled, after being confirmed more than three months earlier, apparently due to overbooking??? On arrival, the toilet was broken and dirty. The room wasn't secure as a window locking mechanism was broken. And, for most of our stay the internet wasn't available. "There were rooms were very clean and very nice. All the staff were amazing. They even grow their own food there. The breakfast is incredible and the pool is beautiful. They are very organized and there’s a lot going on there. It’s a wonderful location as well."
