"The location was incredible and the staff were friendly and incredibly accomodating. A chair in my room needed to be replaced and the TV was not fully installed yet, but neither of those things detracted from the experience in any meaningful way. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Placencia."

"We loved staying at this resort! The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was amazing. We also got upgraded because there were open rooms and it felt like we had the resort to ourself. So private and quiet with great views and service. Highly recommend this place! "
