"Overall a nice Onsen hotel located on the top of the hill. Will be tough if u dun drive. We arrived after last light and it is very dark as there’s no lights going up. But it is still ok. The staff at reception was very helpful to assist in calling a nearby restaurant to check if there’re open for dinner. "

"It was clean. The staff was very nice, they spoke English. There were several on-site parking spaces, these were all very positive. However, the beds were very hard, just a plat of wood, and a very thin mattress, even my children had a difficult time sleeping on them. I have slept on many beds in Japan, and these were the most uncomfortable that I have slept on in four years. I would definitely recommend bringing your own pad or mattress to this location. Decently enough for 1night
"Typical Japan hotel size and have the necessary amentities. Convenient as it is located just opposite JR station and many izakayas around (but no English menu). Hotel is quite old looking (corridor, room, toilet) but ok for just a night stay. Staff are a klutz. The one that did check in notified me (in simple English) I had already check in, I said I just arrived though. No idea what happened, then the other staff that did my check out confused my left baggage with another guest's. Thankfully is just 1 night. "
