Asking for any assistance like taxi service, billing inquiries, room upgrades, etc was a challenge. The property has not been maintained properly. Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Located on a beautiful beach. Very disappointing how it is being managed. "

"Overall, the Maison Bleu has a lot of potential. The location is amazing and it offers a really relax atmosphere. However, lack of communication and very lazy decoration makes for a poor experience. The Good: the hotel sits right on the ocean and the views are just amazing. Breakfast is included in the roo and the cook Koffi makes some great food. The water pressure in both in the bathroom and the shower is really good and the bed is comfy. On the other hand, the WiFi was out where we were...

"A really cute place with water views. Very friendly staff and good food at the restaurant. I had to leave my passport at the main visa office in Lome, but the hotel still let me check in with just a copy of my passport, which I was very grateful for! The room was basic, but had great A/C. Not-so-hot water and a dimly-lit bathroom, but that wasn't a big deal. Somewhat limited wifi. A nice experience overall!"
