"U booked the room for three days and from 1st day geyser fridge was not working. No hanger in the cupboard were there, No lounging chair was there On the second day room was not cleaned and inspite of giving complaint well in advance the hotel staff did not resolve the issue. Since fridge was not working I asked them chilled water which they did not supply giving flimsy excuses. Overall I did not have good experience "

"This hotel should get a 0 star rating if possible. We as a family booked 2 rooms, one for in laws and one for us. One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. The other room where my in laws stayed for which I paid AC rate did not have a functioning AC. We called their front desk a million times and no one picked up the phone. "The staff at the hotel were very helpful & tried to attend to all our wishes when we requested anything. They did go out of their way to help however the hotel was in a state of total refurbishment with hammering noises from very early on on the morning we were there. The room itself had no toiletries, shelving to store items or tea/coffee making facilities or hairdryer which has been standard in other hotels. The shower facilities were very basic. There was no sea view!"
