"Nice room, great gym and overall great experience "

"The room is big and nice. Breakfast was good. Only thing was that, someone knocked at our door at 20.00. I was brushing the teeth and thought who was it as we didn't know anyone in Albania. Before I made any response, the door was opened from outside by a staff. He was very surprised to see me and then he apologised. It terrified us as we are one mother and 2 kids. There is no inside locker on the door. "

The bed was way tooooo comfy! The hotel facilities were well maintained and offered everything you’d expect from a high quality stay. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and everything felt fresh and well prepared. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, this hotel delivers a 5-star experience despite being a 4-star property. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service."

"The restaurant and breakfast was good. Staff were all excellent and nice. The only down side is their Suana never worked when we were there and it was one of the attractions of booking the hotel. Pool never saw anyone use it. We didn’t use it either bc a section was closed. "
