The he staff polite and clear with their instructions, and they made me feel safe during my stay. I needed help with directions and they were willing to assist me. The lobby space can be limited, but the staff informed me clearly about their policy in advance, and they helped me move my luggage outside efficiently, even offering to help me call a taxi while it was raining."
