"My favorite hotel in Jena, perhaps even Germany! It truly feels like a home away from home. The rooms are always spotless, comfortable, and have such a welcoming atmosphere that I immediately feel at ease every time I arrive. The staff are wonderful: warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, which makes the stay even more special. The location is also perfect - right in the center of Jena, making everything easily accessible. "Absolutely fantastic! We booked because of the MagC anime Convention and i have to say that the Hotel was one of the reasons this weekend. We will definitely try to go next year. And we will definitely try to get a room in the same Hotel. So awesome! "

"It’s a nice hotel but the room was not clean. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the toilet seat. I mentioned to reception at checkout and they just said “oh sorry”. I would have expected a much more adequate response ie can I get manger to speak with you or something like that ie make me feel like it really mattered."

"What can I say? Everything perfect - nothing to add. A highlight is definitely the spa area and also the salt water pools. Also, the dinner was the best dinner I have ever had in Germany."

"A good place to call home for a few days in Erfurt. Close to the main train station and public transit. I’d recommend it to anyone. "

"It took over 40 min to process and receive my room card.There was no queue either,just indiffrence to the customer needs.I got finally to my room at quarter to 1 in the morning. The only good thing was close proximity to the train station. Literally 5min fast walk."
