"Our room and bathroom were really spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and hottub. The housekeeping was terrible though. There were 4 of us and they would not replace our 4 towels with another 4. We would come back to only 2 or 3 towels every single day and would have to request more. Also would have to walk down to the lobby to make the request since they never answered the phone. We had one extra roll of toilet paper when we arrived and when we opened it, they did not replace it. We ended up having to request that also when we ran out."

"Great location ! Price was very good and rooms were clean and tidy. Parking is very tight. Jacuzzi tub is way too small. Pool is nice for kids. Elevators super slow. Super quiet on wooded side. Overall great place. Would come back again. "

"Everything about this hotel is absolutely phenomenal. The beds are super comfortable. The standard rooms are HUGE and super clean. The employees are super friendly. They have Starbucks in the lobby, and a restaurant that has amazing food. They are located across from the airport and you can watch the airplanes coming and going. I was a little bit bummed about our dinner. They said their meat is smoked. So I got the brisket and it was not smoked. It was extremely tender and full of flavor but if you are wanting the smoky flavor it is lacking. The fried okra was amazing! Plus they give you a lot of food. They also give you free bottles of water and they have filtered water station through out the hotel. If we ever need a hotel to stay in and we see Delta hotel we will be going to them. "

"We were turned away at the door and were told they had a technical problem with checking in at the hotel so we had nowhere to stay on a Saturday night. During Spring Break! We were also told we would be receiving one free night for the inconvenience and I’ve not received a thing. Beware! "
