"The check in is painful as no check in desk. All online with tablets in entrance to hotel. We arrive early and complete the lengthy forms and was then told rom not available. We found someone and said you can’t check in till 3pm so would have to come back and do the whole form again! We did return and got the key but only one. This was not ideal as need to have one key for the electricity. So when you go for breakfast you phone won’t charge etc. when we got into the room there was cleaning items left in the room which was odd. The double bed had two single duvets. The lighting was awful and no large lights so the centre of the room was always dark. Overall it was clean and the bar staff in the evening were amazing. Breakfast was ok but €25 seemed a bit high for what you have. The last day we didn’t have breakfast but wanted a coffee before we checked out. The bar doesn’t serve coffee until 10am. The restaurant wouldn’t serve me a coffee only breakfast for €25! I was told you have a coffee machine in room but you need to have bottled water to use which wasn’t provided. The hotel was OK but left a bit frustrated and don’t think I will be back."
