"Do not have any high expectations- this hotel property is very basic. There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. "The hotel was clean and tidy, our room and beds were very clean. The bathroom was old school but everything worked as it should. The hotel is set up for groups of people, so perfect if you’re touring the lake. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and there are plenty of typical Balaton places to eat and drink near by, plus a few special ones. "

"All is great, beautiful views over looking the lake, except room upkeep needs abit of attention , for example tea and coffee supplies were not replenished and the cleaning wasn't thorough. Other than that all was great."
