"I have been staying at the Harbour View Suites for many years, when I need to travel to Dar es Salaam. The staff is always incredibly gracious and helpful. Dar is a big and very busy city - and could feel a bit unsafe as a foreigner. However, this hotel occupies the 9th, 10th and 11th floors of a large building with ocean views. "Great hotel at the beach. Nice staff and great facilities. Breakfast and diner were very good. We had a great time relaxing and lying on the beach. There is not much to do in Uroa, but the hotel offers a lot of great excursions to explore Zanzibar (though they are a bit pricy)."
