"**Abidah Hotel, Accra – A Property With Real Potential** I arrived at around 9:30 p.m. after booking through Expedia, but unfortunately the front desk initially could not locate my reservation. This resulted in a check-in process of around 45 minutes and some unnecessary frustration. The initial interaction with the receptionist could also have been more welcoming and courteous. Once checked in, I encountered an issue with my first room, which had a leaking ceiling. To the hotel's credit, this was dealt with quickly and I was moved to another room without further difficulty. The hotel itself has some good facilities, and the hot tubs are a particularly nice touch. More importantly, the majority of the staff I encountered were friendly, courteous and hardworking, which made a positive impression. I believe Abidah Hotel has genuine potential. Improving the reception and check-in process, strengthening communication with booking platforms such as Expedia, and maintaining closer attention to room maintenance would make a significant difference. With some investment and attention to detail, I can see this property developing into a much stronger, higher-end hotel. The foundations are there, and the hardworking staff are certainly an asset. **⭐⭐⭐⭐**"

"Every thing was wonderful. The only downside we stayed in the 3rd floor and there wasn’t an elevator. They are only three floors though."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Royalton and would definitely return. The staff were friendly, and the food was very good overall. The only disappointment was the Hunters Steakhouse. There were long wait times, confusion with orders, the food was served cold, and there was no bread provided at the tables. We also experienced one night without cold water, which meant we couldn’t take showers, and the toilet would not flush. Fortunately, this was only a temporary issue. The guests were also very friendly and inviting, which made the trip joyful. Despite these inconveniences, I had a wonderful stay. The friendly service, good food, and overall experience made it a trip worth repeating. I look forward to returning."

"We had an absolutely fabulous stay! The entire staff was friendly, attentive and made our stay (2 weeks) completely enjoyable. We loved the spa, poolside bar and restaurant. Food was delicious and the atmosphere stunning. The excursions we booked easily, recommended dinner reservations in town were wonderful and we will definitely make a trip back in the future."
