"Even though there are signs to not wear shoes in the room, the carpet was extremely dirty and should have been deep cleaned or replaced entirely. The curtains by the bathroom and window were also very dirty. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful though. Location was convenient enough but just think the rooms could use a refresh. "The hotel offers amazing view of the bridge and the cable car which is particularly impressive at night. Stayed in an ondol room, which was great but it was very hard to control the underfloor heating resulting in the room overheating at night. Not sure if there was a fault or we were lost in translation on how to control it. Other than that the room was super clean even if a bit dated. The hotel has a convenience store and is about 15-20 minutes walk across the bridge from the harbour area....
