"What is expected for a airport hotel, nice bar, staff etc, rooms could have been cleaner and our room keys stopped working 3 times in 2 days which was a bit annoying considering always a line to get to reception"

"They took my money, but did not give me a room. Said was that it was overbooked and I would not found this on my credit card account. Surprise!!! It did. Now I paid 60 Euro for lots of stress and no room, because they send us away."
