The mall, shopping, and restaurants are directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel is very well kept, clean, safe, and customer service was exceptional. Exceptional location. The rooms are nice but small. Excellent for 2 people in the single with double bed. The other room with 2 beds is suitable maybe for 2 adults with 2 small kids.

the hotel is near the downtown area yet very near to nature also. the neighborhood has plenty of trees that makes it more relaxing. i recommend staying on the upper floors. my family especially my two children enjoyed a lot. they usually have a hard time sleeping in other places away from our home but in this hotel they had a very good sleep. the most memorable is their staffs friendliness and courtesy. truly, a very filipino hospitality. thank you rsg microhotel. we will chose you again in our...

Great staff from the guards to the receptionists to the restaurant staff to the room maintenance crew. I commend the owner for hiring such a service orientated team.
The food was great and room service always reliable. I'm really glad I choose to stay at zan rock.
I forgot to mention Eric the van driver who is Very professional and kind.
The hotel is in close proximity to very good grill restaurants and to the Robinson and KCCC malls.
