"The apartment itself was good, but getting to it was dangerous. The whole first flight of stairs was unlit. I had to climb up to the first floor (in the dark) to be able to turn on the lights for the rest of the stairwell. We called the property managers, but they said they don't own the building and can't control the stairwell. I feel like it should be a priority for safety to get that fixed.
