"We came to this hotel and this beach because it is known for sea turtles. My wife and I took turns snorkeling in the bay directly from the beach. We did not do a boat tour and talk to anyone about their location. On the second day while I was snorkeling in 5 feet of water approximately 30 feet from the beach I saw the first turtle eating off the ocean floor. I was startled to see it so close and was in awe of how beautiful it was. I assume the turtles are used to seeing snorkeling humans...

Not only did the owner not refund us but we could only communicate through Expedia themself as the owner didn’t answer any of our messages."
