"Nous avons été déçu par la vétusté de la chambre et l'odeur de moisissure. On trouve ce niveau de confort dans d'autres pays, pour beaucoup moins cher. Inadapté pur des bébés (pas de lit de bébé et pas de tuyau de douche). La climatisation n'était pas nettoyée et nous n'avons pas pu l’utiliser malgré le passage du technicien qui n'a fait qu'asperger avec un produit extrêmement fort. "3 hours delay for check in, no any facility such as fridge, tv, dryer, drinking water etc in the room. Staff never gave me permission to use fridge and washing machine in lobby for using so rude and awful. I booked and paid for 3 nights but I stayed just for two nights because was so scary and nightmare. I booked this hotel because the review ratings was good but unfortunately was awful experience."

"The hotel is not a good value for your money. I paid $67 dlls NO internet, NO breakfast, NO complimentary tea, water or coffee. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. However, I expected a little more for the price. I've stayed at a different property that included all the services I mentioned above and paid only $45 dlls. The room is clean and spacious. Christine the property manager helped with transportation from the airport, arranged to have the rental car delivered at the villa and helped us to feel comfortable and relaxed. A true vacation. "We booked 10 nights in this amazing property for a family trip. We really enjoyed the rooms, restaurants and facilities. The Junior suites are spacious and close to the beach and pools. The food at the restaurants is delicious and the staff is very friendly. We would like to especially thank you Aru (at the pool area), Wes and Arvita (in the restaurant area) for making our trip memorable! Our kids really liked seeing you every day! We will miss you. "
