"A beautiful property nestled in the jungle. The views were amazing and the sounds of the rushing river were super relaxing. The rooms were big and airy. There is no air conditioning but some ceiling fans that do the job perfectly (we were never too hot at night) - the pool with the river view in room 10 was spectacular. "Large property on the Lakeside. Lots of restaurants and facilities. Overall great stay with location suitable to walk to attractions or cheap tuk tuk from front of hotel. Only issue was the taxi quoted to airport was US73 vs US18 using uber. Needs to adjust the price now that everyone can see the uber costs to get anywhere. Otherwise enjoyed the stay."

"The hotel, is good overall. It is a place where you can relax, eat, get pampered and shop! The following two areas need attention to make it perfect. 1. The open event area just on the side of the reception got very loud on one of the nights That I was at the hotel. My room was on level 3 and i could not get any sleep due to the loud noise. I had to call the reception to get the noise down. 2. Checking in the afternoon of 17 July 2026 was slow probably because the guest who was in the line before me had a lot of questions, and the reception was serviced by a single staff member. Overall, it is a very good hotel with all the 5-star facilities and a shopping mall just next door. SJ, New Zealand"
