"Great staff and room, however it was very difficult dealing with the jumping, running and pounding on floor of kids above us from Thursday to Sunday. There was no other room to move us to."

"The breakfast menu was good and moved fairly quickly replacing empty food trays despite high demand. Room was exceptionally clean and well regulated temperature control. Staff were friendly and checked us in quickly. "

"Property needs some love, the outside looked rough and the rooms are def outdated, my flight had been delayed for hours and I called to arrange with the property I was assured that my rates would be accommodated since it was out of my control that I did not arrive at my exact check in time. Once I arrived I spoke with the front desk person and they told me to speak to management once they arrived only to be told that I would not be refunded for the night I was not there, I showed him the call log and messages between the property and I and he still did not accommodate, all that was offered was a late check out which I needed due to being there for a soccer tournament."

"Marcus was very helpful providing some information only the "locals" know. Everything was decent except for snacks were a bit pricey and no hot water in the morning probably due to hotel being at max. Most important, was the bed comfortable, yes, it was."

"Noisy room over the air conditioning units- in room air conditioning noisy as well. View was of filthy roof . Not one piece of art or anything decorative in the room.. shower was okay but step in tub to shower which is so dated. Staff was nice, especially James . Bar service okay. Just dated property, nothing resort about it."
