"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Angelic setting with wonderful staff and excellent food "

"The staff of the reception was very kind, attentive, immediate action and ready to help with any question we had. For example at the checkin we asked for an iron and when we went to our room, the iron was there already. The staff during the breakfast was also very nice. The food was good. It is a good location. We were able to go for a nice walk + many facilities nearby. We have already plan to go back to the hotel next year. We hope in the future there will be a little fridge and a kettle...
