Rooms were tidy. 2 of the 3 beds had problems but staff replaced them immediately. Honestly, cannot speak highly enough for the staff. They make this place worth booking. The reception staff were very welcoming and professional, especially Anas,Turki and Abdullah, who were outstanding and always happy to help with anything.The kitchen workers were also very kind and helpful, and the room cleaning service was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Makkah as it’s very close and a buggy from the hotel to take them up and down. "
