"Belle petite maison dans le coeur de Santo Antonio. Facile d´accès et proche de tout commerce : boulangerie, marché, poste, supermarché, restaurants... La maisonette est très bien équipée, climatisation, cuisine équipée, gaz, salle de bain avec eau chaude, Internet haut débit (voire directement avec CST) et petit jardin. Les propriétaires sont facilement joignables et le voisin Brankinho est très sympatique et parle un excellent francais. Il propose également ces services en tant que guide."

Cons: They did not honor the complementary airport transfer that is announced on line, they arranged a private taxi that charged me 20 US Dollars (for a 4 minute ride). "Hotel is located in old plantation. The main house is renoved and designed in colonial style. Room was very big and comfortable, with beautiful tarrace and view. Equipment was great: all you need you can easily find or just ask for this. Staff was extra-nice and very helpful. They are open and smile. "This is about the only option for reasonably priced and reasonably comfortable lodging in Sao Tome. The location is not ideal for walking and the rooms are bare boned. Be sure to organize breakfast plans in advance. It looks like a buffet, but it’s only for those who have reserved it. All in all it’s not a bad choice for those who don’t want to pay resort prices."
