"Overall was ok, my daughter enjoy the indoor pool. Staff could be more friendly and welcoming to anyone that pay to stay there. When checking in the customer before us got more attention since it was a regular base with the conversation I heard, when it was my time to check in I wasn’t ask about rewards program or anything like that. Receptionist was not welcoming and it seems she only was more friendly with some customers. We usually stay somewhere else but this time I decide to give it a try to another place since I came often to see family. Might not come back at this one for sure. "

"Ive stayed in same room now 2nd time due to work. Floor swept not mopped and there was hair from the lat person that stayed there in the bathroom. The staff was great, check in was quick. Outside, well its ok but very peaceful, no party people, or loud people. A true place to rest. "
