I was promptly acquainted with the property, and the area surrounding it as well. Mary was pretty much the sweetest concierge anyone could ask for!!! Walking to the beach is such a treat with such beautiful views, and a genuinely unique energy/pace in the community. "The hotel entire view is so beautiful and relaxing, our room have an amazing ocean view. At the restaurant the view is wonderful and the service was amazing and especially Luis or Tata, who received us like a deer loving family every time he have seen us. At the Spa Johanna was warm and lovely make feel us at home with all her attention and loving welcome to the spa. We are so happy to choose this hotel for our stay in Viña Del Mar Chile. "

"This is a gorgeous property in the Cerro Alegre, walkable to everything. The staff was professional and helpful - and spoke English, which was much appreciated as we arrived after traveling for 24 hours! The breakfast was terrific, the room large and well-appointed. Highly recommend!"
