"The staff and the property deserve 100 stars!! It was true paradise. The grounds were beautiful. There is a restaurant on site,Ti Palm, that was marvelous! The pool was great and refreshing. The staff were so kind and friendly! The location was a 3 minute walk to one of zee best beaches with so many amazing restaurants. This is the French side of the island yet everyone spoke English. We are so happy we visited the Palm Court to celebrate my partner’s 60th birthday. We will return! Merci to Anne and her wonderful staff!"

"Front officed staff was friendly and welcoming at check-in and throughout. Room was spacious, clean, and included a well-stocked kitchenette. In room coffee was excellent, and we enjoyed the continental breakfast most mornings. Our patio was great for morning sun and relaxing at the end of the day. "

"Excellent property… very limited views / no water views from the main house and my room but I’m sure others are good. The room itself was excellent, well appointed, modern and useful with USB charging ports bedside, both sides, and at the desk. TV had Apple and other apps ready in English! Shower was excellent with hot water and plenty of bath towels and beach towels, a firsr in a SXM boutique hotel for me! The staff is very accommodating with getting me a taxi and facilitating my rental car return when the car died. The breakfast was delicious. Common area is stunning, modern and inviting. Highly recommend. "

"We visited several beaches in St Martin, St Maarten and St. Barts on this trip, and the place we stayed was the most quite and secluded. We never saw more than 0-3 people on the beach in the mornings which we loved. The pool was festive during the day and the place and shows shut down around 10:30 which we also loved. The staff was friendly and we couldn't understand why they only had 7.5 stars. We loved it! "

"My first visit to Fantastic Hotel, and I was delighted by several things: the warm welcome, the lovely room, the swimming pool and the near-by market to purchase food things. Delighted too that it is a short walk to Marigot Market and to the bus terminal for movement around the island. Because of age, I may not return to this hotel or even to the Island, but if I did, Fantastic is a lovey place to stay."
