"Check-in was smooth and the desk staff was friendly and informative. The room was very comfortable and perfectly designed for my needs. Both the in room refrigerator and microwave were needed for this trip. But the pet policy and reasonable pet fee sold me. The beautiful room was a bonus."

Also, which was disturbing the room door would not lock at first I thought it was me not closing it correctly however after the 3rd time I realized the lock was broken. "

"This place is brand new - so much so that the lobby still has that new house smell (not in a bad way!) Room was nice, bed was super comfy - amazing what a difference a brand new mattress makes. Convenient location to Portsmouth, Kittery and UNH. Will definitely stay again."
