"This hotel was a good deal more basic that I thought it would be, but the property was clean, the hotel staff & patrons very friendly, which made my stay here delightful. I was booked for 3 nights and soon after arriving thought I'd move, but the friendly staff and very tasty coffee bar treats & brews won me over."

"It is NOT in Los Arco's. You cannot walk the 2 miles because it is on the highway and is illegal and dangerous. No one speaks English. They claim to have a free shuttle service to town, they do not. They lied about the free taxi. They got the times wrong about what they said was a free shuttle/ taxi. Kept everyone waiting in reception for 45 minutes for the service to town on the morning. "Very clean and all staff very helpful."

"Get location to the hot springs. Hotel is very clean and beds are super comfortable. "

"A well equipped Ibis hotel with a friendly and accommodating staff."

"Excellent property lovely views great staff and breakfast. All up very good and great value ."

"Old and charming rural house with the friendliest hosts on the spanish countryside in Rioja. Amazing food with local ingredients and recipes."
