"Troisdorf is a beautiful place and the hotel was very well located in the centre of time, and a very short walk to the train + bus station where you could quickly get to the airport or Köln hbf. The rooms appeared dated aesthetically, however the facilities provided were very clean and sufficed for our short 3 night stay. Linoleum floor, broken TV, no hot water in the shower, half the hotel a construction site, distracted and overworked staff, nowhere to buy breakfast before 8 a.m. (and no information about where to do so). It felt like a youth hostel, but for $150 a night, one expects more."
