The only thing I could see that might turn people off is the staff don't all speak English fluently, but as a French speaker myself, I found them to be very considerate and lovely. "The location next to the lagoon is exceptional but there aren’t t enough umbrellas and “chaises longues “ for everybody so it s a little bit crowded and there is no beach service , you have to go to the bar in the hotel and bring what you want on the beach . The furniture in the bathrooms is cheap, there is no ambiance in the restaurant , only two big couches to lay next to the swimming pool and a few chaises longues , well it is a three stars hotel so I could say it is a good three stars hotel...

"Bien que le personnel soit très agréable et la propriété propre, il n'y a presque pas de vitesse Internet, la zone autour de l'hôtel est composée d'appartements et donc bruyante tard le soir avec des cris d'enfants. Il n'y a qu'un seul petit restaurant à distance de marche. Vous avez besoin d'une voiture pour vous rendre à la plage et les photos de l'hôtel sont trompeuses. Je recommanderais l'hôtel pour 1 à 2 jours maximum, pas 15 comme nous le réservons et nous sommes partis 2 jours dans...

"Room with access to the pool is a must. Hotel is fairly dated, certainly needs renovations especially in the rooms. More like a 3 star in terms of service & amenities. Staff speak pretty much no English (thankfully I speak little french) and no translation for help/instructions, as well as breakfast is quite limited. In all beautiful hotel but expected much more in other areas."

"Séjour de 3 nuits en couple et pour affaires. La chambre est simple, fonctionnelle, propre avec une excellente literie et une climatisation de qualité. Le vrai plus est la restauration, les dîners bistro ou gastronomique sont d’excellentes découvertes et de très bons moments avec un personnel professionnel et à l’écoute. Nous reviendrons, merci."
