"I enjoyed my time here. The owner an his family were very nice. An friendly to us but to ge honest. This was more of a camp ground then a resort. It had lots of flaws. Food was extremely over priced. The bathrooms were very gross. Self flush toilets gross tolit water on thr floor. No toliet paper or bidet to rince or wash with. I used my hand at one point. "The property was very clean and well kept. The location is very convenient. You can easily walk or take a tricycle to the SM Mall. It felt a little weird walking through a furniture store to get to the rooms but after the first day, it did not matter. The front desk staff was average, not rude but also not very friendly. The restaurant staff at Paul's provided excellent service! The Restaurant and Estelle's cafe were very convenient and had good options for dining. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a affordable, clean, convenient and cozy stay while in Lipa City. "
