"Clean rooms and pleasant staff"

"Chair in the room the vinyle is open up in the middle and part of the chair hanle is broken off. shower has hard time to adjust "

"We did not get a breakfast. The telephone in the room was broken,the sliding door was so hard to push open or close. We had to call the maintenance man to get the tv to work. So many things had gone wrong we didn’t even try the shower. We had gone here for our 56th anniversary so we were very disappointed."
