The Manager David was very helpful and even arranged for our taxi to catch a real early flight out of Puebla and even offered to personally take Us to the airport if necessary. "I read the reviews about ac not working properly so I made sure to ask about the ac. They assured me it was working. I left AC on Coldest setting and it never got cool. I let staff know the next day as well. Horrible sleeping experience when it’s hot. Overall the place is cool. "
