"Good breakfast, super close to the mall, very friendly staff and a good bed"

"Wonderful place and great staff."

"Excellent spa facilities and a lovely position just outside but overlooking Asiago and the surrounding countryside. Plenty of parking. Can walk into the town on an (unlit) country track in about 15minutes , longer if by the main road. Comfortable room lacking a fridge and water heater, which would usually be normal for a 4 star hotel. "

"Was amazing service and helpfoul staf"

"The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was above average. Room size was nice. Beds needs updating. Felt the springs. Asked for and received 2 duvets to fold and put under thee sheets.. would probably not return."

"Great location, very clean, walking distance to downtown Vicenza"

"The hotel is well located. Friendly staff. Hot Breakfast is included. Parking available (no fee). Room was very cleaned and comfortable. Restaurant has a good variety of pizzas and signature dishes from the area. Highly recommend it, and will definitely return with my Family."

"Perfect location Quiet Well appointed Wonderful balcony view Spa kit and access is very convenient Reception personnel friendly and helpful"

"I really enjoyed the cleaniness and quietness of the area. This was my second stay visiting my son who is stationed close by and we had a pleasant experience overall!"

"This hotel is fantastic! It’s conveniently located near the train station, and if you’re up for exploring on foot, it’s just a short walk to the city center. The staff is incredibly friendly and the breakfast is delicious, which I truly appreciate. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Good"

"They are great"

"The location is good, near to all major attractions. The room was spacious for one person. Very simple without any amenities inside or in the bathroom. The bathroom is not inside the room, but outside. It is private and you have a key. Quite big, too. It was good for one night."

"Enjoyed our one night stay in this charming town. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room and entire premises were clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and had fresh clean linens."

"Great breakfast and perfect location."

"Great hotel, great location, helpful staff, good breakfast, good price, could not ask for any more as we love Bassano."

"The room was very dusty, no soap for the shower in the bathroom and breakfast was terrible. Same pie every day, when i say same means the exact same one, for 4 days. The only reason i gave 2 stars and not one was that one of the young receptionist was very helpful."

"All good."

"Great staff, great breakfast. Comfy stay"

"Stayed for one night during a business trip. Fairly basic room but clean. Staff did not speak good English but we managed. Beautiful location and very good food in the restaurant. "
