They went out of their way to accommodate us, truly first class service! The place itself is lovely, breakfasts were delicious and the location is perfect - easy to explore all of Ortigia or to walk to the train station. Can't recommend staying here enough!!! Don't look any further, just book it!"

"The location of the hotel is within walking distance of most places of interest so it's very handy. The room I booked was basic but I was out most of the time anyway so I didn't need too many things. The fridge was spacious enough to store some food and drinks. The hosts, Antonio and Helene, were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. I used the shuttle service both ways which was excellent. "Well located--directly by cathedral. Greek ruins were within walking distance (600 M). The price was a bargain. No AC in rooms, so can be hot in hot weather. Breakfast good, not great."

"Nice location about 15-20 min drive from Syracuse town. Had some issue with a waiter serving the wrong items, but the hotel was kind enough to give us that for free, plus a nice bottle of wine that we had selected. Big pool area for both our hotel (the 4 star one, that Hotels.com have not updated yet) and the 5 star one. Great breakfast as well. Just miss the porridge which is more non existent all over Italy. "

"Our stay was amazing. The hotel is conveniently located close to Syracuse and close from the beach and excellent restaurants. The rooms are comfortable the surrounding is beautiful. The food is exquisite and above all the staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend this place. "
