"Beautiful family who hosted us. We were kindly greeted when we arrived and walked up to our rooms. The building is older. However the rooms are nice and clean, very spacious in the suite for a family of 5. We stayed one night and when we checked out at 11, we were allowed to leave our luggage in the building to keep it safe and go see Palermo as long as we wanted to. "The location of this property and the view was amazing! As advertised, right across the street is the sea and you get a wonderful view of the sunset in the evening! Beach is walkable and easy to access from the hotel, and the breakfast and dinner options were all fantastic. Staff was very helpful with any questions that I had and parking was in abundance compared to other places I've stayed at in Italy. They even have a parking garage!"
