Budget Hotels in Port Phillip

"Breakfast was great. The room 821 was a bit run down and looked tatty which we hadn’t had before when staying at The View. We also got hit for $21 parking which was a surprise as we haven’t pad parking before. One of the lifts was out of order which made accessing the room painful and the one operating light was crowded and slow to get to as a result. We have stayed at View about 5 times this year and this was the only time the room has felt worn and run down. The parking was an unpleasant surprise. "

"Such a cosy comfortable suite to stay in, almost felt like I was at home. Defs recommend and love to stay again soon. My one downfall I had was no water in the fridge, when you pay for a suite it’s what you would atleast expect to have in a fridge or mini bar."

"In no world is this a 5 star hotel. It was a bit run down and cleanliness could definitely be improved. I would have been ok with it as-is as a 3 star hotel, but with the expectation of 5 stars, it was disappointing. "

"Great location. Staff are very friendly. The room that we stayed in this time was unfortunately a little tired and run down. The couch was very old and uncomfortable and it was dirty. The bed was hard and the pillows were lumpy, flat and old. Quest around the world are usually very comfortable. We just lucked out this time. "
