But as soon as I walked in and saw the decor, the friendly staff and the convenience, I immediately felt very good about my decision. If you want a nice affordable comfortable place to stay I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Comfortable enough for a night. We’d originally requested this hotel and got put in hotel Wilga next door (their sister hotel). We requested a double room and got a twin, and the staff didn’t answer either of my two emails sent inquiring about booking in an airport shuttle for the morning after or whether we had to do anything for a very late arrival (both were easily done once we arrived). Front desk staff did speak English. Value-for-money wasn’t great compared to other places in Poland, but...

"Adding water to rooms would be a nice touch but in general a very positive experience. The room temperature was perfect on arrival, I absolutely love the Elemental Herbology cosmetics. Room was clean, bed comfortable and great service from the reception. It wasn't my first stay in this hotel and definitely not the last one. "
