"Hi following are my observation and comment for improvement: 1. The masterbedroom door need to be fixed. Cannot open from inside the room. Knob mechanism not working. 2. TV box not fuctioning properly. 3. The room floor is not clean. Dust and hair strands can be found everywhere in the unit. 4. Washing machine was leaking water continuously. We had to clear the water using cloth. No broom or mop in the room. 5. Insufficient utensils. The unit is not well maintained in general. I will not...

"The road leads to the condo was quite bad as there were many constructions along the way. The property site seems to be safe with parking and living with comfortable bedding. The downside : the dining table top was simply a pc of wood flame and the dining chairs were stained with ?? coffee probably"

"Check in time STRIGHTLY starts at 3pm, although arrive earlier also need to wait till the time. Property is clean, neat & tidy. i booked 3 bedrooms condo due to we have 8 persons in this trip, all feels happy with the stay."

"The balcony lights not working, checked by staff says fused but no action done. Balcony jacuzzi water heater sucks. Not able to fill up hot tub. Water icy cold. Wasted money on having a jacuzzi, no housekeeping services or towel changing services also poor. Left clean towel on sofa but did not remove the soiled towel we pile up for them. No microwave in 3 bedroom. Difficult to heat up food using the convention oven."
