"The hotel is lovely and in a great spot but if service is what you are after don't stay here. The lady on the front desk barely lifted her head up from her phone to notice your presence. The rooms are not serviced unless you ask. Basically, no information is given to you unless you ask and often the information receive is inaccurate or she didn't know the answer."
