L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné dès notre arrivée, avec même quelques petites attentions pour notre compagnon à quatre pattes. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée, offrant tout le confort nécessaire après nos journées bien remplies. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’établissement, la qualité de la literie et le restaurant qui proposait des produits locaux et de qualité. "Nice reasonably priced hotel very close to the Place Jaude (in effect the centre of Clermont-Ferrand), but in a fairly quiet street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast."
